Starting over: Message from previous game occured

I've been drowing in debt so that I started all over. The first time I visited my TV program overview after the restart I got a message from the previous run saying that company (as far as I remember it was "Logical") charged me for violating the contract. Fortunately, the amount wasn't withdrawn from my account.
